What shirt brand do you print on?
Our standard t-shirts are printed on premium quality 100% cotton style tees. Our Everyday Tees are premium quality tri-blends. Please read the product description for specific details. Our shirts are mainly unisex, pre-shrunk, but women sizes are offered from time to time and listed in the title and description.
What sizes do you offer?
Our sizes range from XSmall - 4XL (most designs). Please see our sizing chart for more details and suggestions for fit.
What size should I order?
These are unisex tees and they are pre-shrunk. If you want a closer fit, women go down a size for this from their regular size. Most men stay true to their normal sizing.
Our sizing chart can help you with sizing if you know your measurements.

What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
All of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. We use both screen printing and htv processes.
Will the designs fade?
Some of the prints will fade some after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes. Care instructions can be found below, in your neck label, and on your shipping & delivery confirmation.
Are there any specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:
Washing: Flip tee inside out if your washer has an agitator. Agitators can grab on the deigns and make the designs lift/crack.
Wash inside out with cold/warm water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
Avoid using bleach.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information. We currently accept PayPal & Afterpay.

Once your order is shipped please allow 3 - 7 business days for delivery.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 3-7 business days. Most orders are received within 7 days of shipping. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.
During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 - 15 business days to ship.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on your country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button.
Do you ship internationally?
We have limited international shipping at the moment. Please email us at email@example.com to see if we can accommodate your needs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return/exchange of your merchandise within 3 days of the delivery of your product.
After 3 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted. Buyer is responsible for contacting firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process.
For RETURNS, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied and the difference will be provided on a store credit ONLY.
In order to correctly process your return/exchange the products must be returned as follows:
If the requested return/exchange items do not meet the above, your return will be denied and returned back to you.
Non-Returnable Items: Tees with neck cut/ Clearance/ Gift Card Purchases
Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of return(s).

What if my item is damaged/incorrect?
If we messed up, our goal is to correct it to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it.
Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
Please note we print every product when it is ordered. You can modify/cancel your order 24 hours after placing your order. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order.
Any cancellation request after 24hours will be processed as a store credit only.
